ACROBATIC GYMNASTICS (NON COMPETATIVE)
Acrobatic gymnastics is where gymnasts work together and perform figures consisting of acrobatic moves, dance, and tumbling, set to music
XCEL GYMNASTICS
Xcel includes all gymnastics apparatuses such as floor, beam, vault and bars.The goal of XCEL is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience.
RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS
Rhythmic is where gymnasts perform on a floor with an apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon, or rope. It combines elements of gymnastics dance and calisthenics.
