XCEL GYMNASTICS

Xcel Gymnastics is a competitive USA Gymnastics program designed for athletes who are serious about the sport and committed to progressing their skills in a structured, goal-oriented environment. Our Xcel team trains multiple days per week with a strong focus on technique, strength, consistency, and performance. Athletes compete in sanctioned meets and are expected to demonstrate discipline, dedication, and a strong work ethic.

RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS

Rhythmic gymnastics is a highly disciplined and artistic sport that blends ballet, dance, and acrobatics with apparatus such as ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs, and rope. Our rhythmic program is designed for dedicated athletes who are committed to training, precision, and performance. With a focus on technique, flexibility, and competitive excellence, our team trains to excel in local, regional, and national competitions. This program is ideal for gymnasts looking to push their limits and pursue rhythmic gymnastics at a serious level.
